i'm super happy today! (:
i've got an A2 for 'O' level chinese paper today!
it's super unexpected, because many teachers told me i don't have much chance to get even b3, but i did it! oh man.
and the best thing is, i get to stay in higher chinese class!
thank the Lord for helping me to get my first distinction! and also, kelvin got A2 too! perhaps that's the best thing that happened today!
in any case, congratulations to everyone who got their results today, and hope you all are just as happy as i am!
physical education today was fun! i sort of got over-high, and started jumping around d:
joan's group came up with a game that involved so much catching, that we all played like kids (:
maths for thought: i should put in more more more effort during maths lessons, because i really detest the feeling of not having a clue of what ms lim is talking about in class, and i shan't let the same thing happen just like the previous year! no way!
mdm tang came for history lesson today~ she cheated us to stay back for extra lessons yesterday, though it was beneficial, but oh man no free periods ):
then in class she was like telling us how well her previous batch of students did for history, and what her expectation for our class is, " i would be thankful if you all could get just an msg of 3 " ._.
4e2, let's just prove how wrong she is for underestimating us! Roar!
chinese lesson was really scary today, as mr mak was like talking about the results released at 2pm, and that really made all of us super anxious! mr mak said that our class was the lousiest compared to the other class. oh man. but he said it there was an unexpected change for students like me (: but we practically we didn't conduct any lesson as everyone was busy worrying d:
after having a light snack, we all went up to the hall to see witness our seniors' achievements (:
the moment came when they announced the top students of 2007. seeing how those who were called rejoice at that moment, it really influenced everyone to share their joy too. and the most fabulous thing is, the media came to our school! this year, our student from 5n of 07 got 1st in Singapore for 'O' levels normal acad, with 7 distinctions! it's like super cool and everyone was very happy for her (:
then after announcing the results and stuff, higher mother tongue students were asked to go to the library to receive our results. when the teacher was giving out the result slip, everyone was like super anxious and stuff, causing the library to be extremely noisy~ and when some of them received their results, you could really see tears in their eyes, and some even jumped in joy! (: seriously, i'm so proud of everyone who made it this far! jiayous everyone, more to come!
oh man, today is really so exciting, and can' believe we would be taking our 'O' levels this year, scary! and i still have work to do, so shan't be reading the book today, more to be continued tomorrow - perhaps d:
